Gary cares about his clients and goes out of his way to ensure their satisfaction. He was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions.

Gary and his coworker replaced a faucet in our bathroom. Prior to hiring Gary, I spoke to him more than once on the phone and via text about the issue... read more I was having and he gave sound advice, free of charge, which was sincerely appreciated. He quoted the job and stuck with that estimate when the job was finished. The price Gary quoted was more than fair and the work was finished very quickly, cleanly, and most importantly, effectively. I would hire Gary and Environmental Plumbing again and would recommend him to friends and neighbours. Thank you Gary and EP (sorry I don't recall the other plumber's name but he was great too!)

I looked around at other places and Gary had the best deal and the best customer service. The plumber Dan was very kind and willing to explain what he was doing along the way. He was on-time, very quick and efficient! He was also wearing two masks which i genuinely appreciated. There was a small billing payment mix-up but Dan called me right away to clarify, and then Gary called me afterwards to make sure it was properly cleared up! Absolutely stellar experience!

This is the second time we used Environmental in our new home. Excellent service! Answered all our questions. Solved our problem quickly.

Gary and Dan came over quickly during the pandemic lockdown for an emergency repair to the shower, which had a leak that damaging the ceiling right below the tub on... read more the first floor. They asked all the relavent questions to make sure the site was "safe and healthy" and came with appropriate PPE (nitrile gloves and surgical masks). They assessed the issue, found 2 problems and worked quickly to fix the problems. The cartridge to fix the shower control was not available, so they made a temporary repair that stopped the leak while we awaited the special order for the cartridge. This arrived the following day and they replaced it quickly on a second trip. The service was quick, polite, safe and fairly priced. Environmental Plumbing is now my goto plumber for any repairs. Highly recommended - 5 stars.
