1. Contest Period

The First Social contest begins on June 1st, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on June 15th, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

The second Social contest begins on July 13th 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 26th, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

The third Social contest begins on August 10th 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on August 23rd, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

The Fourth Social contest begins on September 7th 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on September 17th, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

The Fifth Social contest begins on October 1st 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 11th, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of Ottawa, Ontario, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Environmental Plumbing, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter the contest, participants must complete any of the following actions on Instagram:

• Follow @environmentalplubming on instagram
• Like the pinned post each month during the contest period
• Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post (each comment with tag = 1 entry)
• Bonus Entry: For Reposting the Contest Reel
• 5 Bonus Entries: Each day you share the reel to your story and tag @environmetnalplumbing in your story. Participants MUST tag @environmentalplumbing in their story share in order to be eligible for the bonus entries.

All entries must comply with Instagram terms of use. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize

One (1) winner each month will receive:

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutions.

5. Judging Criteria

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries submitted during the Contest Period.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected on or around the end of each month's contest period and notified via direct message on the platform where they entered. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.

By entering, participants agree to be contacted for winner confirmation and potential promotional use.

7. Winner Announcement

Pending confirmation, the winner may be publicly announced on ENVIRONMENTAL PLUMBING’s social media accounts (Instagram and/or Facebook) with their consent.

8. Service Area

This contest is open to residents of Ottawa, Ontario only. Proof of address may be required to claim the prize.

9. Privacy

By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information for contest administration and future communications from Environmental Plumbing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. General Conditions

Environmental Plumbing reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. The company is not responsible for errors, delays, or platform malfunctions.

11. Release

By entering, you agree to release Environmental Plumbing, its affiliates, and representatives from any liability arising from your participation or use of the prize.

12. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and all disputes shall be subject to the courts of Ontario.
