He walked me through the problem, pointed out what was causing it, and made sure I understood the options before moving forward. Once he got to work, you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was handled efficiently, cleanly, and with a lot of attention to detail. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t cut corners. He made sure everything was properly fixed and double checked before wrapping up. It gave me a lot of confidence that the issue was fully taken care of and not just a temporary fix. This afternoon we discovered a waterfall of water in our finished basement… cascading from the ceiling and creating a wading pool on our floors. I can’t say enough good things about how fast Lance worked and how cheerful and informative he was about the whole process. I can definitely say that the one good thing to come out of today’s water leak disaster was the fact that we have now found an excellent plumbing service for all our future needs as well as a really great plumber that we will ask for on any future visits! I have been using Environmental Plumbing's services for just over a year, and am always a happy customer! Most recently, (after yet another back up in the basement) Lance discovered... read more that my sewer line was sloping significantly. This would have led to further backups and drainage issues if left unfixed. Last week, Eric and his crew assessed the situation, and performed a lateral sewer line replacement. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Eric, Max, and Alex were very kind, thorough, and adaptable! They even did a great job cleaning up, and tried to make the yard look as normal as possible again. Environmental Plumbing is always the first call I make when something goes wrong, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Environmental Plumbing (my understanding is that they are a sister company of John the Plumber) The plumbing work at my home was completed in September 2025. I waited to post this... read more review because further renovations were required, and the seriousness of the issues only became clear once other contractors began their work. When my contractor’s licensed plumber inspected the plumbing, multiple deficiencies were identified, including: the toilet flange was installed 1.5–2 inches too short and unlevel and washer/dryer hook ups were not installed correctly, my tub was cracked and it took months to obtain pictures, not to mention that the supervisor was dismissive and unresponsive. These are not minor oversights. They caused delays with my contractors and required additional assessment to determine how to correct them. Considering the premium price I was charged; this level of workmanship is unacceptable — particularly given the errors that needed to be fixed. For the sake of keeping this review short, I have left out several other details. I repeatedly requested full photo and video documentation of the work. After persistent follow-up over several months, I was provided only five images. For a job of this cost and scale, that lack of transparency is concerning — especially since I required documentation for insurance purposes to confirm that pipes were replaced and to proceed with ongoing work. To be fair, Gary in accounting was professional and followed up when he said he would. I also dealt with Kelly A. in client service, who made a genuine effort to address concerns and helped restore some faith in customer service. However, the combination of substandard installation, pricing, project delays, and limited documentation has left me extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I requested a plumber to check a low water flow in one of my toilets. The plumber showed up with no tools, left the led of the toilet and flushed... read more it to confirm the low, and checked the toilet brand (Gerber). His analysis was "I am not sure why this is happening, May be because you gave a canadian model, you should have bought American Standards, it is the best." He said that he will give me a price for installing a new one that "might" solve the problem, this is not what I asked for!!!!!. At the end he brought up the only tool he had on him, his phone to charge ~$90 for 7 minutes of guessing!!! I would not recommend this company at all!!!! It's a big scam and they have no experience plumbers!!!! P.S. The house was built in 2019, so it's not that old. **update based on the business reply: hiding behind industry standard practices doesn't give you the coverage to show up at people's place, do nothing, and provide no answer then charge people for what you say travel, lack of expertise, and made up assessment that is not related to the problem. also as you value your technicians' time, you have to understand that my time is valuable as well. I had to be away from my work and waiting at home for a professional plumber to show up and help me with my problem. Regrettably, the problem has not been addressed and I wasted a day out of my vacation days because of you.
