Coverage terms for parts, labour, and common service types — with clear limitations and extended warranty options where offered.
Environmental Plumbing provides a two (2) year limited warranty on parts and labour for materials supplied and installed by Environmental Plumbing. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and failure of supplied parts under normal residential use and service conditions.
This warranty does not cover failures caused by misuse, neglect, improper operation, lack of maintenance, freezing, modifications, alterations, abuse, or conditions beyond the control of Environmental Plumbing.
Where parts, fixtures, or equipment are supplied by the customer or a third party, Environmental Plumbing warrants installation labour only. No warranty or guarantee is provided on customer-supplied materials, fixtures, or equipment.
Drain cleaning and blocked drain services are provided with a limited thirty (30) day warranty against recurrence of the same blockage under normal use conditions.
This warranty does not apply where blockages are caused by foreign objects, grease buildup, structural defects, root intrusion, pipe deterioration, or misuse of the drainage system.
Hose bib installations or repairs carry a limited warranty through the following winter season. This warranty does not apply where failure results from improper winterization, freezing conditions, or customer negligence.
Where adverse site conditions, aging plumbing systems, unknown piping configurations, or other existing conditions are present, Environmental Plumbing reserves the right to limit or exclude warranty coverage. Any such limitation or exclusion will be clearly disclosed to the customer and documented on the invoice or work order prior to completion of the work.
In certain circumstances, a five (5) year extended warranty may be offered by Environmental Plumbing for an additional fee or promotional offering. Extended warranty coverage applies only where explicitly stated in writing on the customer’s invoice or agreement.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and the original installation address. Environmental Plumbing’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship or supplied parts, at the sole discretion of Environmental Plumbing.
Environmental Plumbing shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or water damage, except where required by applicable law.
