Gary and Dan came over quickly during the pandemic lockdown for an emergency repair to the shower, which had a leak that damaging the ceiling right below the tub on... read more the first floor. They asked all the relavent questions to make sure the site was "safe and healthy" and came with appropriate PPE (nitrile gloves and surgical masks). They assessed the issue, found 2 problems and worked quickly to fix the problems. The cartridge to fix the shower control was not available, so they made a temporary repair that stopped the leak while we awaited the special order for the cartridge. This arrived the following day and they replaced it quickly on a second trip. The service was quick, polite, safe and fairly priced. Environmental Plumbing is now my goto plumber for any repairs. Highly recommended - 5 stars.

We soon realized after moving into our house that it had some pesky plumbing problems. We called Environmental Plumbing and they visited and provided a quote the very next day!... read more Two problematic outside faucets were replaced, the old kitchen sink basket (where food was getting stuck) was replaced with a modern one and the toilet shut-off valve which had previously been installed too close to the base was cut shorter and made proper so it could be turned off when needed. One of the outside faucets had oddly been going through a basement window frame. This required a full re-install involving drilling through the foundation and installing new copper piping (stellar job) and installing a shut-off valve inside the house where we could reach it. When an extra issue was found under the kitchen sink, Gary made sure to find a cost-effective way to fix it and did the work on the spot during the same call. We have since called this company to change the old faucets in our kitchen and bathroom and install a new laundry tub. Their work is always top notch and reasonably-priced. We’ve found the service to be professional, courteous, detail-oriented, honest and friendly. Highly recommend!
